A Little More About Nearly Packed..

Nearly Packed is my personal travel photo journal. It’s where I gather the stories, photos, and half-packed bags behind the trips. The ones that left sand in my shoes, colour on my memory card, and made me really pause just to take it all in.

After years of sharing travel photography on Instagram, I wanted a space that felt more like mine. Something a bit more lasting. I’ve started really leaning into photography (I got a real camera and everything !!!), and I love trying to capture the feeling of a place. Not just what it looked like, but how it felt to be there.

This site is part photo journal, part travel blog. Sometimes you’ll find tips for other travellers or behind-the-scenes notes for fellow photographers. Mostly, though, it’s just me, collecting the moments I don’t want to forget.
